Heather Dill

As the creator and head instructor for Uniting Hearts and Hands, Heather brings a lot to the community. She started in 2001 as a first responder and later paramedic. Through the years she continued to increase her knowledge by becoming an instructor for the American Heart Association. She received her Undergraduate from Utah Valley University in Emergency Management with emphasis in Paramedicine. She received her Medical degree from Trinity School of Medicine. She is currently finishing her residency in Family Medicine with a concentration in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Heather accepted a job in Washington state for Family Medicine Obstetrics with surgical recognition to start after residency. Heather often found ways to volunteer in the US, Central America, and Eastern Caribbean. Over the years, the challenges she faced working in the ambulance and witnessing young lives lost moved her to combine her love for her community and medicine. Heather started teaching her children, family, and friends how to perform CPR. In 2016 she decided to branch out within the community and eventually volunteered her time teaching throughout the United States and Eastern Caribbean. Her love and passion for service and volunteering continue as she teaches between her busy schedule. Heather is a loving wife and mother. When asked her thoughts on services she replies, “If there’s one thing I can teach my children and those around me before I die, is the love of serving others.”

Kristalyn Esturban

Kristalyn has brought her knowledge and passion of working with various nonprofits to Uniting Hearts and Hands in 2018. She received her Bachelors degree from Utah Valley University and is currently working on her Masters degree in Nonprofit. She has volunteer experience in the US, Mexico and Central America. She has spent time building orphanages, teaching english to children, as well as teaching communities tools to strengthen homes and families. After losing a close friend to a life long mental illness, Kristalyn become passionate about helping others recognize the need for better mental health care. Kristalyn participates annually in a 5k for suicide prevention. Kristalyn has been a huge part of growing Uniting Hearts and Hands within her home area. Kristalyn is a loving wife and mother. When asked her thoughts on services she replies, “It’s a double win. Someone received the care they needed and I walk away feeling happy and good about my efforts.”

Gary Dill

Gary Became involved with Uniting Hearts and Hands initially to help his wife Heather but quickly recognized the importance of the nonprofit. He developed a passion for providing CPR to locals and various organizations within the community. He knew how much this precious skill could make a difference. He saw that by increasing the number of people who knew CPR, it was giving people the best possible change of survival. Gary received a Bachelors in Sales Strategy and Communications. Gary has been able to apply his 30 years of management and communications knowledge to Uniting Hearts and Hands to help bring more people to the understanding of what it means to save a life. When asked his thoughts on service he replied, “It’s truly the best you can give someone.”

Aubree Miller

Aubree became apart of Uniting Hearts and Hands in 2019. She is passionate about helping others and has made it a priority to serve family, friends, and her community. Aubree has alway been passionate about medicine and was eager to became CPR certified. She has become a part of a first responder volunteer team at her place of employment. Aubree understands how scary emergency situations can be and she knows that having the knowledge to provide emergency care can make all the difference. She hopes to help bridge the gap within the community to help save lives. When asked her thoughts on service she replies, “Sometimes it just takes something small to make a difference and this is one of those times where one person really can make a difference.”
